Everything you make lives in one of four places — each named for what you do there. Learn this once and you'll always know where things go, and so will everyone else.
Where you make things with your Claude. Your workbench — messy is fine, it's yours.
Where finished work is saved with full history. Say "publish" and your Claude puts it here.
Where the whole team sees each other's dashboards — behind our Google login, always live.
Your own notes & ideas, just for you. Handy, not required. Jim uses Obsidian for this.
Publishing doesn't replace your work with one fragile cloud copy. It makes three copies, and nothing is ever truly deleted.
So: keep working locally like you do — that's copy #1 for free. One honest note: version history only protects what you've already published, so if you're deep in unsaved local work, publish now and then. Otherwise you're covered on every side.
One address, two levels. Everything sits behind our login, so nothing is visible to anyone who hasn't signed in — even if they have the link.
Inventory, POs, ads, ranks — the everyday dashboards. One step to get in:
Finance, OPEX & private numbers — Jim's space while it's still being set up. Same email login plus a second code from an authenticator app (once a day), so the sensitive figures stay locked down.
Same logic works on your own laptop. Instead of files scattered everywhere, one tidy home so that after a crash — or just on a Monday — you open Finder and instantly see what you're working on.
Three buckets, that's it: what you're working on now, stuff you look things up in, and done/old out of sight.
⏳ Jim's setting his up now — a ready-made prompt for you is coming soon, so your Claude does the whole tidy-up for you.Tell your Claude what to build → look at it in your browser → say "publish" → it's live for the team in ~2 minutes.
